We are only connected to the transaction and resulting relationship, in our role as collecting and holding the monies to be paid by you to Verifile Limited. We accept no liability or responsibility for any such monies held, any questions, queries or complaints should be raised with Verifile Limited.
Changes to our Site
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Our Responsibilities
The information and services provided on the site by us or recruiters or employers registered with the site are intended to offer assistance in the job seeking and recruitment process, without guarantee of their suitability or prospect of success.
We are under no obligation to monitor any information uploaded, by either you or recruiters, onto the site but may do so from time to time on a random basis.

We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
